Agent Status
Agent Status is where all the Auto Test Profile results funnel into. The Thresholds in the Configuration section control the color scheme in what is being displayed (Acceptable, Warning, Unacceptable).
This is a quick and easy way to view overall network performance, hour by hour. All Agents run all tests every 60 seconds. Which tests Agents run and how often they run them can be changed in the Groups and Test Profile section.
Selecting a specific hour brings users to a results page for that hour.
View and Edit Optifi Agents in the Manager
With Optifi Agents online and active, sign into Optifi Manager.
All Optifi Agents that are successfully connected to the account will appear in the Agent Tree on the left-hand side of the screen. Results on the right-hand side of the screen are determined by run tests and which Agents are checked in the Agent Tree.
View and change Optifi Agent properties by navigating to:
Configuration -> Inventory
Double click, or highlight agents and hit the Enter key to access more agent options, such as changing the name or deactivating an Agent. The name of an Agent will appear on the home screen of Optifi Agents. Changing it in the Manager allows users to quickly identify Agents in the field.
Run and View Tests from Optifi Manager
When Optifi Agents successfully connect to the Manager, the default Auto Test Profile is assigned to all Agents. This default Auto Test Profile runs all the default tests to each Optifi Agent.
Note: iOS does not natively perform WiFi Scanning. OSes results are limited by their own hardware and software capabilities.
Users can manually force a test on any Optifi Agent by right-clicking on the Agent or the folder (to perform tests for all within the folder) and selecting Run a Test.
This menu should have all the default Test Profiles to run, except for Auto Test Profile (which runs automatically).
Navigate to a results tab, such as WiFi Scanner or Performance to view results. Results here will be shown for all Agents checked in the Agent Tree. Double click an individual Agent to single select it and only view its results.

Run Tests from Optifi Agents
Test Profiles are created and assigned to Optifi Agents from within the Optifi. By default, there will be several Test Profiles already assigned to every Agent brought onboard.
These Test Profles containing tests, location information, and actions, allowing non-technical end-users to run customized tests. Access them from the Agents by pressing the Tools button.
