Introduction
Optifi is an online, cloud-based management solution that uses distributed software (Optifi Agents) to collect network performance and scanning data. An administrator can manage, monitor, and run varying tests remotely through any Internet browser using the Optifi interface.
Account Creation
Create an account for Optifi by going to http://manage.optifi.com/.
Follow the steps after selecting Create An Account.
A unique Profile ID and Key will be assigned to the new account, which will be used to connect the Optifi Agents.
Optifi Agents
Once an account is created, Optifi will build unique Optifi Agents for the new account. Optifi Agent builds usually take about six minutes to complete.
Once the builds are complete, the user will be brought to a downloads page and will also recieve an email with download links.

Optifi Agents are tied to an account by signing in with the associated Profile ID and Key. By default, these Optifi Agents will be already signed in when opening the software.
Once signed in, the Optifi Agent status will be displayed:
Connected – Agent has an internet connection to Optifi
Registered – Successfully associated with an account
Active – Currently active for the account
