Agent Tree

The Agent Tree is displayed on the left-hand side of the Optifi Manager.  It allows users to organize results shown in the right-hand side in a variety of ways.

Organize Results by Optifi Agents and Groups

Check/uncheck which Optifi Agent’s results to display.  Optifi Agents are organized by group structure, found in the Configuration -> Groups and Test Profiles section of this document.

Users can create, edit, rename, or remove group folders, as well as drag and drop Agents into preferred folders.

Organize Results by Locations

Select Locations icon and select one of the two choices: Admin Generated or User Generated.

Admin Generated

Folder structure created by administrator using A.B.C.D structure, each letter representing a new child folder.

User Generated

Folders structure created by end-user using A.B.C.D structure, each letter representing a new child folder.
Example: “8601.Floor 2.Suite 250.Meeting Room 1”.  The idea is to be able to walk around with an Agent and label a specific folder for a specific room, so that one can organize results more easily.

Filter Agent Tree

The filter allows the user to manipulate the Tree further.  Filtering can be done by Optifi Agent status and/or by Optifi Agent operating system.

Rememeber this status is based on the Auto Test Profile and its thresholds in the Agent Status.
