Dashboard
The Dashboard is the default home screen of Optifi Manager.
Agent Status
Agent Status is where all the Auto Test Profile results funnel into. The Thresholds in the Configuration section control the color scheme in what is being displayed (Acceptable, Warning, Unacceptable).
This is a quick and easy way to view overall network performance, hour by hour. All Agents run all tests every 60 seconds. Which tests Agents run and how often they run them can be changed in the Groups and Test Profile section.
Day view allows the user to see how Agents performed throughout specific days selected on the calendar. While in the Day view, users can hover over an hour to see the test performance total. What makes a Pass/Warning/Fail color scheme is controlled in the Agent Thresholds tab under Configuration.
Week view allows the user to see how Agents performed on a specific week selected on the calendar. Select a day to zoom into that day’s data.
Month view allows the user to see how Agents performed on a specific day throughout a selected month. Select a day to zoom into that day’s data.
Clicking on an individual hour will present the user with specific results of each test performed, as well as if they met their set thresholds or not. Greyed out tests indicate that the test was either not performed because they are not in the Auto Test Profile, or the Agent was unable to perform the test.
Selecting a specific hour brings users to a results page for that hour.
