Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Conference Room and Workspace Scheduling Solution

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is an independent agency of the US government created in 1975 that regulates the U.S. derivatives markets, which includes futures, swaps, and certain kinds of options. CFTC has offices in four geographic locations with approximately 1000 employees.

Like many government agencies and private enterprises, CFTC, needed a solution to manage the scheduling of conference rooms, meeting resources, and employee work spaces to better support a hybrid remote and on-site work environment.

AccessAgility partnered with Tango Analytics to bring a cloud based workplace management solution to help manage CFTC's hybrid workplace. The FedRAMP approved cloud solution was implemented in a phased approach with the initial effort focused on managing conference rooms, AV resources (VTCs, computer/projector setups, webcast applications), and logistical resources (catering, name badges, easels, flip charts, podiums, court reporters, security).

The scheduling of employee / hoteling workspace option was implemented to make most efficient use of office space and allowed for ease of reservation.

AccessAgility is on the front lines of this type of work.
